We collect information you provide directly, including business name, website, contact name, contact email, city or service area, main services to test, competitor notes, and payment-related contact details.
How we use information
- To prepare and deliver Local Findability reports.
- To communicate about payment, intake, report delivery, and support.
- To improve our report process and internal quality checks.
Payment and intake providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Intake forms may be collected through Tally. Those providers process information according to their own policies and security practices.
Public-source research
The audit reviews public information such as websites, public search outputs, public profiles, directories, and review platforms. We do not request private customer, patient, or client records.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, comply with law, or deliver the requested report.
