One-time audit refunds
One-time audits are manually prepared. If you request a refund before report work has begun, we will refund the payment.
After report work begins, the audit fee is generally non-refundable because time is spent collecting and reviewing public AI/search outputs and public-source evidence.
Unable to complete an audit
If we cannot reasonably complete the audit because we cannot verify the business, website, or requested scope, we may offer a refund, request a corrected intake, or agree to a revised scope.
How to request a refund
Email mike@localfindability.com with the payment email, business name, and reason for the request. We review refund requests within five business days.
No outcome guarantees
Refunds are not provided because a report finds weak visibility, competitor visibility, or recommended fixes. The service is an evidence-based audit, not a guarantee of rankings, AI mentions, leads, sales, patients, or clients.
