Local Findability provides manually prepared AI/search visibility audits for local businesses. Reports review public AI/search outputs and public-source visibility signals for buyer-style local prompts.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate intake information, including business name, website, location, contact email, services, and any competitor notes they want considered.
Payment
Payment is due before report work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Online payments are processed by Stripe.
Delivery
Reports are delivered digitally. The standard delivery target for a one-time audit is within five business days after payment and completed intake.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, search placement, leads, sales, patients, clients, revenue, or business outcomes. AI and search outputs can vary by tool, timing, account state, location, and model behavior.
No professional advice
Reports are marketing and visibility reviews. They are not medical, legal, financial, clinical, or regulatory advice.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use our reports or communications to make false or misleading claims about competitors, rankings, endorsements, medical outcomes, legal outcomes, or customer results.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
